This wonderfully written tale is over 140 years old. It has stood the test of time fairly well. There is some definite wear on the green hardcover and the pages are a little loose. To read this book, one must do so with care. Having read the first 15 or so pages, I would expect this to be a delightful novel. It is the 3rd in an adventurous serious for young men.
